Hi, I’m Charlotte (the one on the right). I’m originally from Ottawa, but my journey has taken me across the country and back. I studied recreation at Dalhousie University in Halifax, earning a Bachelor of Science, before heading west in 2021 to explore the mountains and coastlines of Vancouver. In 2024, I made the move to Victoria to pursue my passion for teaching at the University of Victoria.
Outside of the classroom, you can usually find me chasing outdoor adventures. Whether it’s skiing, bikepacking, or hiking in the backcountry, nature is where I feel most alive. Since moving to the island I have also started to learn how to surf!
As a future teacher, I hope to inspire my students to discover the wonders of the outdoors. I want to help them build confidence, foster curiosity, and develop a lifelong love for nature.
